Refund Policy

In the event you wish to return the kit we will provide you with a Return Processing Number (RPN). You may request an RPN by emailing customerservice@tinket.com.au or calling our customer service line on 0410 624 234.

An administration and handling fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tinket will process the refund if:

  • The kit is returned to Tinket within 14 days of purchase;
  • All items in the kit are unused, not damaged and in original condition;
  • Accompanied by the tax invoice issued by the Tinket website; and
  • Accompanied by a return processing number.

If any of the above items are not satisfied, Tinket reserves the right to not issue a refund.

Cancellation of orders

If you wish to cancel your order after you have purchased a kit online, and the kit has not been packed or despatched for delivery, there will be a $2.50 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. This fee covers merchant bank costs associated with processing credit card payments.

Return of Individual items

Tinket will refund, exchange or provide a credit note for individual products that are damaged or faulty. However, Tinket does not process refunds for individual items due to a change of mind.

How do I lodge a complaint?

At Tinket we strive for the highest quality in everything we do, however there may be the rare occasion when something goes wrong. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue and ensure it does not occur again. If you have a complaint please email customerservice@tinket.com.au or phone 0410 624 234. We aim to respond to all complaints within three working days although in most cases customers will receive a response within 24 hours.
