How do I order a kit?

Tinket is driven by a passion to make the process of shopping for your child's school stationery simple and hassle free. We have developed an easy three step process to make this happen.

  1. Enter your school code into the filter and then select your child's class stationery list. If your school has not pre-registered with Tinket, and as a result, you have not been issued with a code simply select one of the standard Tinket kits relevant to your child's school year. Or, you can make up your own kit via the shop.
  2. Place your order and enter payment details.
  3. We assemble your kit and deliver direct to your home. If you would like to register your school, send us an email and we will contact the school and arrange registration.
Please note: due to peak order times for back-to-school stationery there may be instances where our suppliers are out of stock on certain products. Tinket may have to substitute a variation in colour or brand to fulfil your kit order. However, every attempt will be made to ensure the substitute product is of similar quality and appearance to that outlined in the kit list. 

What is the delivery process?

We offer a home delivery service to make make your life easier. To ensure the packing and handling of kits runs smoothly during back to school order times (December - January) we have delivery windows, however orders outside of this peak period will be processed and delivered within seven days.

The packing and delivery fee for your total order is $8.80 (Sydney metropolitan). In instances where an order contains more than three school kits additional charges may apply. Orders outside Sydney metropolitan will incur higher delivery charges.

Once we have processed your order and despatched the kit with our courier we will notify you via email.

The courier will deliver the package straight to your door. In the event you're not home, they will leave it at your front door unless you advise us of another suitable location around your home.

What is the refund policy?

In the event you wish to return the kit we will provide you with a Return Processing Number (RPN). You may request an RPN by emailing customerservice@tinket.com.au or calling our customer service line on 0410 624 234.

An administration and handling fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tinket will process the refund if:

  • The kit is returned to Tinket within 14 days of purchase;
  • all items in the kit are unused, not damaged and in original condition;
  • accompanied by the tax invoice issued by the Tinket website; and
  • accompanied by a Return Processing Number. 
If any of the above items are not satisfied, Tinket reserves the right not to issue a refund.
